Note 1: it's important the speed at which you make the 5 taps, please try to make them as we make them. Don't make them too slowly.

Note 2: if the R earbud starts blinking white after it turns orange (after the 5 taps), ignore the fact that it's blinking, and proceed to the step where you turn both earbuds on together.

Note 3: if after the reset is completed, both earbuds are still blinking white (not pairing to each other) let them blink until they turn off, then turn them on manually by holding both together for 6 seconds.
